About WorldSpreads

The aim of the WorldSpreads Group is to provide high quality financial trading services to a global audience. The Group had its beginnings in Dublin in 2000 offering sports spread trading, fixed odds sports trading and on-line gaming services. The company grew quickly to become the leading provider of spread trading services in Ireland by extending its spread trading service in 2003 to include financial markets, . The Group established a London office in 2004. The sports trading division was sold to a management team in March 2009.

The CEO of every successful business knows that excellence in the provision of any service can only be achieved by constantly listening to the customer. Yet, many companies fail to provide the customer with a proper communication channel to achieve this objective.

Here at WorldSpreads, we believe in having the shortest distance and the clearest lines between our customer, or potential customer and the company's CEO. We believe that the customer's message should come directly to the CEO, no filters, no spin, just plain facts. I would welcome suggestions on ways to provide you with a better service and criticism on areas where you believe our service is deficient.
