Conor FoleyThe CEO of every successful business knows that excellence in the provision of any service can only be achieved by constantly listening to the customer.  Yet, many companies fail to provide the customer with a proper communication channel to achieve this objective.

Here at WorldSpreads, we believe in having the shortest distance and the clearest lines between our customer, or potential customer and the company's CEO.  We believe that the customer's message should come directly to the CEO, no filters, no spin, just plain facts.  For that reason, I have dedicated a specific email address to 'customer communication' and displayed this on our website homepage.

I would welcome email messages from all present or potential customers. I would welcome suggestions on ways to provide you with a better service and criticism on areas where you believe our service is deficient. Should your suggestions be of particular interest to us, I would be pleased to have an opportunity to meet with you and explore them in more detail.
